By offering a range of activities designed to appeal to both chess players and newcomers to the game, Chess Fest appeals to a broad cross section of Tucson’s diverse community. That is why we need you! Help 9 Queens reach our Fun-raising goal of $2,500 so that the entire community can come together and celebrate chess and all that it has to offer. This year we are thrilled to have Tucson’s Mayor Rothschild present our special guest, Grand Master Irina Krush with the 9 Queens Player of the Year Award!
